Class Action Settlement

TO: All residents of the State of California who purchased a ticket or tickets from Posh Group, Inc. for an event in the State of California and were charged any fees (excluding mandatory taxes) that were not included in the advertised ticket price from July 21, 2021 through June 13, 2025.

A settlement has been reached with Posh Group, Inc. ("Posh") in a class action lawsuit (the "Lawsuit") alleging that Posh charged buyers of event tickets fees that were not included in the advertised ticket price. Posh denies all allegations of wrongdoing.

Rahil Doctor ("Plaintiff") brought claims against Posh regarding fees charged by Posh to California residents for events in California. Plaintiff contends that Posh charged California residents fees (excluding mandatory taxes) that were not included in the advertised ticket price.

Posh maintains that it did nothing wrong and Posh asserts numerous defenses to the claims in this case. The proposed settlement to resolve this Lawsuit is not an admission of guilt or any wrongdoing of any kind by Posh, and it is not an admission by Posh of the truth of any of the allegations in the Lawsuit. Judge Laura A. Seigle of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles is currently overseeing this case and will decide whether to approve the settlement.

You may be included in this Lawsuit as a Class Member and entitled to receive a payment if, from the period of July 21, 2021 through June 13, 2025, you were a resident of the State of California, purchased a ticket from Posh for an event in California, and were charged fees that were not included in the advertised ticket price (excluding mandatory taxes).

As a Class Member, you have the following options:

1. 1 Submit a Payment Election Form by July 7, 2026. If you are a Class Member and wish to receive a payment from the settlement, you must complete and submit a Payment Election Form by the deadline. You may submit your form by mail or online here.
2. 2 Object to the Settlement by June 8, 2026. If you wish to object to the settlement, you must submit a written objection by the deadline. Please refer to the Settlement Notice for instructions on how to object.
3. 3 Exclude Yourself (Opt Out) by June 8, 2026. If you do not wish to be part of the settlement, you may exclude yourself by submitting a Request for Exclusion form by the deadline. A Request for Exclusion form is available under the Important Documents tab.
4. 4 Do Nothing. If you do nothing, you will remain a Class Member and will be bound by the settlement terms, but you may not receive a payment unless Posh has your current contact information on file.
